By submitting a trip request, authorizing payment, paying a deposit, or making a final payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Agency Responsibility

Enchanting Excursions acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transfer companies, tour operators, and other travel providers. Enchanting Excursions does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, cancellations, schedule changes, bankruptcies, service interruptions, or failure to provide services.

Pricing & Availability

All pricing and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and a deposit is received. Promotional pricing may change or expire without notice. Quotes are not guaranteed until booked and deposited.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits and payments may be non-refundable and are subject to the cancellation policies of the travel supplier. Cancellation penalties may apply from the time of booking and typically increase as the travel date approaches.

No refunds will be issued for missed flights, missed transfers, unused hotel nights, unused excursions, early departures, denied boarding, denied entry, or any unused portion of a trip.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By authorizing payment, you agree that all charges associated with your travel reservation are valid and authorized.

You agree to contact Enchanting Excursions directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback. Initiating a chargeback for valid travel services, authorized payments, supplier-imposed penalties, agreed-upon cancellation fees, or services already rendered may result in collection efforts and recovery of associated costs, including attorney fees and court costs where permitted by law.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelers who decline travel protection understand they may lose some or all of their investment if cancellation, interruption, illness, injury, weather events, supplier default, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances occur.

Enchanting Excursions is not responsible for losses that may have been covered by travel insurance when coverage is declined.

Passports, Entry Requirements & Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents.

Many international destinations require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return. Travelers are responsible for verifying passport validity, visa requirements, entry requirements, vaccination requirements, REAL ID compliance, and any other documentation required by suppliers or government authorities.

No refunds will be provided for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or canceled travel resulting from incomplete, expired, damaged, or otherwise invalid travel documents.

Legal Drinking Age & Destination Laws

Travelers are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, and age restrictions of their destination.

Many destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean permit alcohol consumption at age 18. However, travelers remain responsible for their own conduct and compliance with local laws, resort policies, and supplier rules. Enchanting Excursions assumes no responsibility for the actions, behavior, decisions, or consequences resulting from a traveler’s conduct during travel.

Minors & Parental Responsibility

Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, conduct, safety, and actions of their minor children throughout travel.

Enchanting Excursions does not supervise travelers and assumes no responsibility for the actions, decisions, injuries, damages, or legal consequences involving minors during travel.

Room Occupancy & Special Requests

Room occupancy limits are established by the supplier and cannot be exceeded. Requests for connecting rooms, adjoining rooms, bed types, room locations, upgrades, dietary accommodations, accessibility accommodations, or other special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the supplier.

Supplier Changes

Airlines, resorts, cruise lines, transfer companies, and other suppliers may change schedules, equipment, amenities, itineraries, room assignments, excursions, or included services without notice. Such changes are outside the control of Enchanting Excursions.

Limitation of Liability

Enchanting Excursions shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, property damage, additional expense, emotional distress, or other claim arising from acts or omissions of suppliers or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, border restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, mechanical failures, transportation disruptions, supplier insolvency, or acts of God.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising from services provided by Enchanting Excursions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Indiana.

Acceptance of Terms

Payment of any deposit, invoice, trip package, planning fee, or travel reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Travelers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions prior to making payment.
