After we learn a few details, here’s how it works…

  1. We will present you with 2-3 all-inclusive resort or cruise options (based on your criteria)
  2. You’ll choose the best fit for your group, then we will negotiate a group contract on your behalf.
  3. We will build a custom website providing everyone with full details of the trip.
  4. You send out the URL and we take care of the rest!

All of this is done at NO COST to you!

HOW WE CAN HELP

  • We will use our expertise and firsthand knowledge of different resorts and cruises to help determine the best fit for your group.
  • We will create a website with all the information needed so that you can direct people to a URL rather than having to answer all of their questions.
  • We will handle group contract negotiations as well as securely collect all deposits and payments.
  • We will organize transfers to and from the airport as well as arrange excursions, cocktail parties, pool parties and more!

Hello! My name is Heather Lipe and I have been working in the travel industry for almost ten years. I have helped countless guests plan vacations and events that have exceeded their biggest expectations. I specialize in Mexico and Caribbean all-inclusive destinations. I am a self-proclaimed perfectionist that loves to help organize and orchestrate student group trips so that families can have a wonderful time together creating memories before their student heads off to college..
