Airfare Options for April 3–10
Families traveling April 3–10, 2027 may choose from the airfare options below or purchase flights independently. Both group options allow families to secure airfare with a deposit instead of paying the full ticket price upfront.
Benefits of traveling on a group flight include:
- Keeps travelers together on the same flight
- Makes airport transfers in Mexico much easier to coordinate
- Simplifies carpooling and airport transportation
- Locks in the airfare rate once the airline contract is finalized
- Allows families to reserve airfare with a deposit rather than paying the full fare immediately

The Cincinnati airfare has not yet been contracted. Final group pricing and availability cannot be guaranteed until the airline issues and confirms the group contract.
Both airfare options may be offered, subject to airline availability, minimum participation and final contract terms. Families traveling April 3–10 may choose either group option or purchase airfare independently. Families traveling on different dates will need to arrange their own flights.
