It’s Official—Carmel Class of 2027 Is Heading to Punta Cana!
Due to the overwhelming response and excitement about the senior class trip, we are reserving a larger block of rooms. With that comes the added risk and expense of fronting the deposit.
For all reservations, we will be requesting a $300 deposit. A $100 refundable deposit will be charged to the credit card provided. This portion is refundable if plans change and the reservation is canceled at least 75 days prior to the trip.
An additional $200 deposit is due directly to Enchanting Excursions via Venmo.
The $200 Venmo deposit will be fully refunded via Venmo once the group travels. If the reservation is canceled, this portion of the deposit will be forfeited and is nonrefundable.

Before You Begin
- The available travel window is April 2–11, 2027.
- Families may choose any travel dates within this window with a minimum stay of three nights.
- The total deposit is $300 per room: $100 charged to the credit card provided and $200 paid directly to Enchanting Excursions via Venmo.

Room Information
The proposed group rate is for a Grand Superior Deluxe Golf View Double Room. Pricing is based on the number and ages of the guests staying in the room.
$671 per room, per night

Each additional adult is $235 per night.
Guests ages 17 and younger stay free when they are
the third, fourth or fifth guest in the room.

Rates are based on the proposed group pricing currently available and are subject to change until the group contract is signed. Room availability and pricing are not guaranteed by submitting this form.
Potential Group Airfare
Flights are currently pricing at approximately $1,200 per person from Indianapolis, with nonstop service to Punta Cana and one stop on the return.
Flights from Cincinnati are currently pricing at approximately $950 per person, with nonstop service in both directions.
If there is enough interest, we will request a group air contract to secure seats and pricing. Flight schedules, availability and prices are subject to change until contracted.
